Pankaj Pandey is a Jharkhand-based youth leader working on youth unemployment, youth policy, and democratic participation. His work has received wide coverage in print and digital media, particularly for the “Yuva Ko Puchho” initiative, which emphasizes youth participation in public policy and decision-making processes.

With an academic background in Political Science, he began his public and political journey through the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), where he actively worked on student rights, educational reforms, and university governance issues.

During the 2019 Jharkhand Assembly Elections, he served as State Media Co-Convener, BJP Jharkhand, and later worked as State Social Media Co-Convener during the 2024 Lok Sabha and Assembly Elections in Jharkhand. In these roles, he contributed to political communication, digital outreach, and campaign strategy for multiple Members of Parliament (MPs) and Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs).
